Welcome to Panda Performance, a small family run business based in South West Sydney.

We at Panda Performance genuinely value your interest and custom, and we strive to better serve you in all your fitness needs. Although we are still a small business, we hope to one day, with your help, become one of Australia's most popular go-to fitness equipment suppliers.

 

Unlike other fitness retailers, we do not do "Pre-Orders" or "Pre-Sales"; we only sell what we have in stock at the time of listing. Although we do our best to ensure our inventory is as up to date as possible, there can and will be discrepancies from time to time and we appreciate your patience and understanding when this occurs.

Shipping Policy

We currently do not have any shipping options available at this time - we are still in the process of exploring options and hope to offer this option in the future

Return & Exchange Policy

An item may be exchanged or refunded within 14 Days of Purchase as long as it is in unused - "resaleable" condition with the original packaging

Any items refunded will incur a restocking fee to the value of $20 or 10% of the purchase price of the product (whichever is greater) 

​

Items that are deemed used and/or damaged may be denied refund or exchange at our discretion

​

Items marked as "Clearance Item" cannot be refunded or exchanged. All Clearance Items are sold "As Is" and will include factory seconds, scratch and dent items, and are all reduced to clear.
